Breast Cancer is the most common type of cancer in young women, however most women aren't medically screened for breast cancer until their 40s or 50s. Early detection through a self breast exam is the best, and often only way for young women to find a cancerous tumor before it's too late. In my Design Studio I class, I created this series of three posters to encourage young women to regularly conduct self breast exams and I purposefully avoided the unnecessary scare tactics that so often accompany cancer messaging.
